Soursop juice is one of the simplest ways to enjoy this very delicious tropical fruit.

Soursop juice

Ingredients:

1 ripe soursop
4 cups of boiled water, cooled
1/2 cup sugar
zest of one lime
1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions:
Peel the soursop and remove seeds. Beat the pulp in a blender, then strain.
Add water, sugar, lime zest and vanilla essence.
Stir and serve over ice.
