6 large pita bread
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 400 °F (200 °C).
Cut each pita bread into triangles (easier if you using kitchen shears). Set aside in a large bowl.
In a small dish, mix garlic salt, basil, parsley and black pepper. Drizzle the oil over the pita bread and sprinkle with the mixed herbs. Toss the pita bread in order to have every triangle coated.
Place triangles on lined cookie sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for about 8 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Let cool before serving.
