1 firm head of lettuce
1 lb tomatoes
2 lb cucumber
1 onion sliced
1 lb chiquetaille*
Wash the vegetables. Cut tomatoes into slices or chunks. Cut avocado into slices or cubes. Peel the cucumber and grate.
Prepare chiquetaille according to the recipe.
Cimbine everything and garnish with onion rings.
Chill before serving.
