Creole Rice

Ingredients:



2 cups jasmine rice
3 cups water
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 teaspoons salt

Instructions:

First rinse rice until water runs clear. Boil water with salt.

Add oil. Put the washed rice in water to a rolling boil and cook uncovered. Cover, reduce heat to low and simmer until the water is all absorbed. Remove from heat and let rest.
