A Creole favourite to finish a meal, accompanying my dessert or a hot cornbread.

Creole Martini


1 oz vodka
1 ½ oz dark rum

5 glaçons
1 olive


Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Pour the liquid into a martini glass.
Garnish with an olive.
