Inspired by the original recipe, Kreyol Cuisine offers a Creole version of Caïpirinha you can do for your guests during your parties.

Creole kenèp caipirinha

Ingredients:

the pulp of 8 kenèp
2 tablespoons brown sugar
½ cup crushed ice
3 oz Cachaça

Instructions:

Put the pulp of the kenèp in a highball glass, then the brown sugar. Mash all using a pestle to extract the juice to get a syrup with the brown sugar. Add ice and Cachaça.
Mix with a spoon and serve.
