A family recipe for a light and tasty frosting.

Barthelemy Frosting

Ingredients:

1 cup whipping cream
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup icing sugar
1 tablespoon butter
2 teaspoons dark Rum

Instructions:

In a bowl, previously cooled, whip the cream with an electric mixer until you get soft peaks. Set aside.

In another bowl, beat cream cheese, butter with icing sugar and rum until mixture is smooth. Fold in previously whipped cream.
