The Blue Bayou originated in New Orleans during Mardi Gras and is served up to beat the heat of the deep South!

Blue Bayou

Ingredients:

few mint leaves
¼ oz cognac
¼ oz vermouth
½ oz gin
¼ ozblue curacao
sparkling lemonade

Instructions:

Combine ingredients except sparkling lemonade in a shaker with ice. Pour the liquid in a glass. Fill with lemonade. Garnish with a lime.
