4 fresh mint leaves
1 teaspoon white sugar
Juice of 1 lime
2 oz white Rum
2 oz club soda
Crush mint leaves with sugar in a high ball glass style. Add the lime juice. Mash a little more mint leaves. Put crushed ice followed by the rum. Stir and fill with club soda.
Garnish with a sprig of mint and serve.
