A dip recipe easy to make but containing much flavour. A feast for every palate.
1 cream cheese stick
1 cup grated carrots
1 teaspoon ground coriander
¼ cup French dressing
1 minced garlic
1 finely chopped onion
2 finely chopped shallots
3 fresh thyme sprigs
¼ cup fresh parsley
The peel of a lemon cut into julienne
Tabasco (to taste)
Cut the stick of cheese into cubes (about 40 cubes). Place the cubes in a large bowl.
Add remaining ingredients in order. Stir slightly so that the flavors can be well absorbed by the cheese.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
Serve with bread, crackers or a salad.
